This is without a doubt going to one of the most exciting panels at Crowd Invest Summit.
A live pitch session with five startups who have won the Crowd Invest Summit Pitch Contest, will pitch their company to five highly successful investors. Moderated by Barbara Corcoran Venture Partners Co-Founder Phil Nadel with Angel and VC investors Dan Fleyshman, Mike Panesis, Jim Andelman and David Siemer.
In the spirit of crowdsourcing, the winners of the pitch contest were chosen by the number of upvotes that their company has received during the period of the contest. Over the course of three weeks, over 30,000 votes came in and in the end, 20 companies were invited to exhibit at Crowd Invest Summit and the top five will pitch to our panel, in front of a live audience.
Why host a pitch panel at a crowd-investing conference? Because we believe that the future of fundraising will be a hybrid betweet “old school” Angel and VC funding and crowd investments.
